The Camp Art Lady apologizes...I did not see your post until just now (camp gets in the way, you see!) Anyhow, projects that tie in the latest fads and trends are great...I looked to find some interesting beads for you, but didn't have a lot of luck. You might want to look on Fire Mountain.com or Oriental Trading...but the skulls look a little halloween-y for my taste.
Nevertheless, nothing like good old hemp to use for braclets, the campers love it. They are even more obsessed with friendship bracelets made from embroidery floss. Either way, you can't go wrong.

Hi, Camp Art Lady,
You might be a good person to ask...
What's your opinion: Would kids be excited to make a "crystal skull" bracelet, tied in with the theme of the latest Indiana Jones movie?
And if so, what sort of bracelet should it be? Macrame...durable waxed cotton...something else?
Thanks for your ideas!
